Concrete contractor LGW Group has acquired supplier Multi-Crete Concrete & Concrete Pumping.<\/p>\n
The deal, announced last week, sees the Bristol company take control of the Gloucestershire firm from former owners Simon Robinson and Jason Bowen.<\/p>\n
LGW works across the south of England and Wales. Its brands include Wright Minimix, Bristol Brick Company, Prodeck-Fixing and Mexboro.<\/p>\n
The group had turnover of \u00a340.8m in the 12 months to 31 December 2023 and made a pre-tax profit of \u00a31.4m.<\/p>\n
Multi-Crete\u2019s website says it works in Newport, Gloucester, Bristol, Swindon and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n

Law firm Freeths advised LGW on the deal, while Hopson Solicitors acted for Multi-Crete\u2019s shareholders.<\/p>\n
